    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the Committee Substitute for the bill on page 9, line 161, by striking out the proviso in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new proviso to read as follows:

    Provided, That notwithstanding any provision of this code to the contrary, the board may independently initiate disciplinary proceedings based on a report from the Board of Pharmacy, or its agent or investigator, issued pursuant to the provisions of section five, article nine, chapter sixty-a of this code, related to data from the West Virginia Controlled Substance Monitoring Program .”;

    On page 29, line 13, by striking out the proviso in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new proviso to read as follows:

    Provided, That notwithstanding any provision of this code to the contrary, the board may independently initiate disciplinary proceedings based on a report from the Board of Pharmacy, or its agent or investigator, issued pursuant to the provisions of section five, article nine, chapter sixty-a of this code, related to data from the West Virginia Controlled Substance Monitoring Program .”; and

    On page 34, line 110, by striking out the proviso in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new proviso to read as follows:

    Provided, That notwithstanding any provision of this code to the contrary, the board may independently initiate disciplinary proceedings based on a report from the Board of Pharmacy, or its agent or investigator, issued pursuant to the provisions of section five, article nine, chapter sixty-a of this code, related to data from the West Virginia Controlled Substance Monitoring Program.”.
